It's still snowing.....
Well, at least Tuffy is having some fun in it! She actually does like to play in this wet, cold stuff.
I tried to make a little snowman for you, but the snow is to powdery. Great for skiing, not so much for making snow people. So I got busy with the camera to take pictures so I could play along with Kathleen's White Wednesday party. After yesterdays rather lengthy post, I'm a bit talked out so today I'll be your quiet tour guide and let you just browse.
This frame is purposely empty. Isn't it gorgeous!! It has stunning Austrian Crystals and pearls all around and even in the clips on the back. It's waiting to be filled with the picture of my new Grandbaby due in March !!! Nana is trying to contain herself as she writes this, really!!
And just for fun, how about a look back to last spring and summer to remember what is yet to come...
ah, can't you just feel that fragrant spring breeze.....
The End!
xoxo,
Ellen

It looks so pretty. I especially like the monogrammed "E" on the back of the chair. Is that a brooch? It's lovely, as it all is!

ReplyDeleteWelcome to White Wednesday! Watch out, it's addictive! :-) I can't believe you are a Nana either-you look WAY too young. Hope to see you back next week.

Oh I love all of your whites, and your "little" ones painting is just wonderfully displayed (ditto on the Nana part too :) Isn't fun to be a Nana though? I too feel like I lived many different lives before arriving where I am now. Which at times has me scratching my head on just exactly where am I now??
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by for a visit. I will definitely be back, I am a follower.

ReplyDeleteHey Ellen,
ReplyDeleteI love your framed dried flowers, so whimsical and cute...It is funny how dogs seem to just adore the snow...I think our girl who is half chow misses it since we moved from NC to FL.
Thank you for stopping by to see the fields getting prepped for spring...Not much longer now :).
Stay warm, Blessings Kelsie

Ellen; Thank you so much for stopping by my blog this week and leaving comments! Wow, who would have ever thought - snow in Nashville! It must be kind of neat for you though since it's so unusual. I wish I was feelin' those spring breezes, but we've got a ways to go up here in New England I'm afraid! I'm going to follow you if I haven't already. Maybe you can stop back at my blog sometime and follow me back ;)

I love the little lace slip you put on the chair - softens it up so nicely...the 'empty' frames are great.
